Job Opportunity: Retail Manager

As the Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our retail operations, enhancing the visitor experience, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize retail sales and profitability.

  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure adequate product availability.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize merchandising.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and create attractive displays to drive customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail management, preferably in the outdoor or sustainability industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
