Once you have decided on a program, click on the registration link provided on the program's description page. This will take you to our secure registration form.
Step 3: Complete the Registration Form
Fill out the required fields in the registration form, ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date. We take your privacy seriously and guarantee the security of your data.
Step 4: Submit and Confirm
After completing the registration form, double-check all the information you have provided. Once you are satisfied, click the submit button. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and payment details.
Cancellation Policy
At Butterflies R Us Mobile Training, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your registration. We have a fair and flexible cancellation policy in place to accommodate your needs.
Full Refunds
If you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the start date of the training program, you will be eligible for a full refund. Simply contact our customer support team and provide them with your registration details.
Partial Refunds
If you cancel your registration within 7 days of the start date, we offer partial refunds based on the following criteria:
- If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, you will receive a 75% refund.
- If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the start date, no refund will be provided.
Change of Schedule
In case you need to reschedule your training program, please contact our support team at least 48 hours before the original start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative date that works for you.
